Admin can add or edit subjects per each class and select teacher of the subjects as below:

• Enter subject name
• Select subject teacher

Admin can send meeting request to parents by add new meeting request from this screen and enter the following data:

• Parent name
• Student name
• Reason
• Title
• Date
• Time from
• Time to
• Meeting schedule
• Location ...

Note: This kind of notifications shown in the parent calender in his interface.

School organization node include all functions that admin could use to control data of school organization as below:

• Class
  • Manage classes
  • Manage class sections
  • Academic syllabus
• Subject
• Class routine
• Sections list
• Courses list

Financial node include all functions that admin could use to control data of financial and accounting as below:

• Price scale
• Create invoice
• Invoice & payment list
• GL statement of account

Outdoor activities screen allow admin to add or update alerts and send it to the users (Student, Patent and Teacher).

To add new alert admin should enter below data:

• Title
• Address
• Location: is the blue icon to the right of address filed, which show google map with map marker, admin could drag and drop the marker to the event location and system save the latetude and langtude automatically.
• Responsible: is the list of users are responsible for the event and admin can select users from the list
• Team: is same as responsible which is a list of users that can admin select them
• Date
• Time from
• Time to
• Price: when the event have price or fees that user should pay for it
• Latitude and Longitude: which created automatically when admin drag and drop the marker on google map to the event location
